This is a great place to purchase cakes. They also have a wide variety of food like Pizza and sandwiches etc plus a few non alcoholic drinks as well. The staff is very well trained and will help you with your entire order. They have seating arrangements also for around 10 people on different tables and a small seating area outside as well.

I ordered a 1.5kg cake for my son’s birthday. They took order and collected advance money from me . They assured that cake will be delivered to my home . I shared the address and time and date to be delivered. On the day if delivery they asked me to make the remaining payment and send screenshot. I did that. Then they said they are sending cake through Auto. They booked Rapido Auto for which they had collected money from me before hand only. The auto person came at the parking area and called me to collect the cake. Nobody came from chef bakers to deliver the cake . I had to go down and collect the cake . It’s as if throwing cake after taking money. I felt really disappointed and pathetic at the service of chef bakers. When I called the manager he was very rude with me . I don’t recommend anyone to order cake from chef bakers Yelahanka new town branch

I have visited this place thrice. The first time I ordered a cake which was good. The second time I ordered donuts whose bread base was so hard and not good. The third time i made it specific to the store person about my bad second time experience and told to give me only fresh stuff, so i ordered butterscotch cake piece and chocolate custard cake. The butterscotch cake was bad whose cream was very sour. Unfortunately i would not recommend this place as they don't have fresh desserts on their shelf. If you are lucky you may get a fresh dessert during your visit.

The food is average. The egg puffs was average, the chicken puffs was average. We tried double chocolate pastry and the butterscotch pastry which was also just average. Nothing special or great. The seating outside is nice. They have a good variety of Cakes if you want to order.

Bought the cake for birthday celebration. Turned very sour. Hence informed them. They said they will check and let me know. But till now no response. He have visited them again and returned the cake also. Spoiled birthday celebration and ignoring the complaints. Should be given negative ratings. Don't buy there, they will give stale and old cakes.
