I have been ordering cakes in Just bake cakes for last four years on every occasion. This time I had bitter experience. I have ordered for Rabbitat Party Cake which my kid liked. But at the time of delivery, I found that the main theme animal which is there in their catalogue picture was missing. Staff was not even caring about their mistake. When I asked them, their response was not acceptable. It was complete disappoint for my kid and they spoiled entire party mood. They were good earlier. Now it is changed. Staff is not bothered about customers.

Thanx just bake for the lovely cake...I gave the design and explain the way I want and they have served the best..the cake taste awesome..all the best

I ordered customized cake from Just cake. It was awsome. They made it exact and delivered on time safely. Though taste wise it was not very delicious but looking at cake my daughter was very happy. Thanks JustBake.

We have ordered cake from there but when we cut cake at home we can see ladies hire in this it very pathetic and complete moment was spoiled I will not sugges this anyone this place I'm very unhappy
