Staff are polite and responsive even in huge rush hours . Branch is full with gruhalakshmi customers, even though everyone's query is attended.
I had a disappointing experience at this Indian branch due to unprofessional and unhelpful staff. They were particularly rude towards less educated individuals. This lack of respect is unacceptable, and I hope the organization takes steps to improve their customer service standards.
I'm not happy with service what they provided. They don't even have a swiping maching .. We have to use the paper to deposit into account. On the note some one has got some thing what I can do..theru are telling me get exchange from the person whom u got .. Pls don't tell me to send the mail all this things .. If u r not ready to take notes which is genuine what is use of coming to bank .. Giving one rating is also waste ...

Don't even feel rating 1 star, unprofessional staff behaviour and always misguiding people to use other branches for banking services.
