We brought a new hanging light 3 months backs, its not working now. No warranty also, more over poor response to customer to resolve the issues.
I called them up in search some sort of lightning and they were sweet enough to share me so many pictures over the what’s app. Seriously that’s such a lovely service attitude.
We bought a large part of our house electricals including all lights, geysers, fans and exhausts from here. Doesn't bargain much. But is very helpful in case any lights need to be returned.
