I recently visited Sneha Arts in Vijayanagar to find a quick fix for a broken tail light on my car. I was looking for a specific red translucent sticker to cover the damage and prevent water from getting in. The team here was incredibly supportive and friendly. We had interstate Xfr of vehicle Regn from AP to KA. HSRP portal was not working for a long time. Didn’t get any help or information from RTO West or the dealers. They were only guiding us to book it online through SIAM portal. We randomly came across this shop. Mr.Venkatesh gave us correct info in a minute that HSRP is not mandatory for pre 2019 vehicles. He said it was mandatory for vehicles registered from 2019 onwards. No wonder our vehicle details were missing in VAAHAN portal for a HSRP booking. We are very thankful to Mr.Venkatesh for quick info and quick service using the IND plates. Thanks guysss!
