Disappointed with Staff Attitude Despite Good Products I recently visited the store and was quite impressed with the quality and affordability of the clothes. However, my experience was negatively impacted by one of the sales representative —specifically the one wearing eyeglasses. Her behaviour was arrogant and dismissive, showing no interest in assisting customers. It felt like she assumed people come in just to browse and not to buy, which is a terrible attitude for someone in sales. She made no effort to engage, help, or even acknowledge genuine buying intent. No matter how good the products are, customer experience matters. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains the staff to be more professional, attentive, and respectful to visitors.
