Very bad service. Had been here for repairing my laptop and since I had no time to go for an authorized service center, I went here. My laptop was not powering on. After I gave them, my speakers were not functioning. I went to them again and they fixed it. But after that, my laptop was randomly shutting down. I had already moved out of the area and couldn't go back to them. They also don't give any kind of receipt for the service even if you ask. Because I had no receipt I couldn't even file a complaint at consumer forum. My advice would be to never go to them. Better go to an authorized legit service center which gives proper receipts.

Went for a small part replacement for my laptop. Unfortunately the part wasn't available. The guy was cooperative and helpful. Recently went again to get my laptop repaired. He told me. Approx amount and then confirmed the final amount over phone. Repaired the laptop and handed over next day. Satisfied with service and cost.

I got my laptop keyboard panel changed. They did a descent job of replacing. The laptop is working good so far. However replacement part touch panel is not smooth as original. Overall the guy did a good job and were very polite too.

My keyboard wasn't working, so they replaced it with a new keyboard. The new keyboard started malfunctioning within a month. When I expressed my problem to them, they said it's a software issue and has nothing to do with the keyboard. It was clearly visible it's a new problem post Laptop repair but they didn't admit and argued. As a result I took my laptop to another service provider and they again replaced my keyboard with another new keyboard. In a nutshell, my experience was horrific with them and I would strongly ask customers to refrain from taking services from them. Not at all trustworthy and irresponsible attitude.

I know this shop from last 6 years and used to go for some laptop problems and he is used solve just like this without charging much. He sell laptops and those will be super quality we won't feel that these are used laptops. I bought 3 laptops and all so are so good using more than 4 years now. If you are looking for old laptop with reasonable price and genuine one then this is the right place.
