Owner of this store knows what he is doing and helps you understand what exactly went wrong. Very informative and cost effective too. He made such an impact that even in future i would visit only his store! You cannot say this about a store very often!

The person is well experienced in his job. He has a challenge and he did it well in time, and under pressure. I gave him my laptop a day before my flight, he said it was a work of 3-4 hours but was taking long than that as he faced some more issues. But the next day at 8:30 he finally delivered our product. Absolutely loved the service received here. Went for an upgrade to my existing laptop with a HDD which needed a mini SSD. Prashanth(owner) is too technical and has the knowledge enough to understand the requirements as the mini SSDs are hard to find in the market. I was doubtful about the speed after the upgrade but he was confident enough and he was right.
