I'm posting this review as a last recourse since this company has been absolutely unhelpful in dealing with an incidence of road-rage exhibited by one of their drivers on 11th July 2025, Taxi number KA-05-AQ-6055. This driver (hooligan rather) was driving extremely rashly, and almost hit my car from behind while trying to squeeze through a narrow gap between my car and the median. When the traffic slowed, he got out of the taxi and walked up to my car and started aggressively shouting the threatening physical violence. Despite having shared all the details with the management, there has been absolutely no action taken on this rouge element!

Atmosphere is classic Service and staff behaviour is much better compared to other travel value for money reasonable fair

Wow! Worst travels don’t go with this travels especially drivers who wants to attach vehicle don’t attach vehicle they won’t give you payment and they talk to you rude and abusive language. Ther are better options like ivt . star cabs etc. and Ther is an incharge in BD called KODHANA REDDY is one irresponsible fool employee of blue line don’t choose blue line very vulgar and irresponsible travels ever in Bangalore especially..🫡

Please be cautious regarding duty payments to the cab drivers associated with this travel service. They often delay payments and do not pay the full amount, deducting money based on weak or unjustified reasons.

Very bad drivers from this company make sure don’t hire them , in slow moving traffic this guy had bumped the front car
