Service Experience with JMJ Electronics – Washing Machine Repair Recently, I contacted JMJ Electronics to repair an F8 error on my top-load washing machine. Technician Shivakumar visited 4 to 5 times, claiming the issue was resolved after each visit. However, the problem persisted every time. Over the course of a month, they attempted multiple fixes: • Initially diagnosed a faulty transistor and replaced it. • Later replaced the pressure sensor. • Took the PCB board for repair. Despite these efforts, the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, they damaged the back grey cover of the machine. Finally I understood they are not the right person and unable to resolve it. I told them to return all the parts but they failed to return the grey plastic back cover. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unethical — resulting in wasted time, money, and unnecessary stress. Eventually, I approached the OEM service team. They identified the root cause and resolved the issue within a week by replacing the pressure sensor, costing ₹1800. I strongly recommend opting for authorized service providers to avoid such hassles.
