Pathetic company, looks like they don't need business. They don't bother for any business. After more than 10 phone calls, the owner got connected. After that again same story, they don't pick the calls, don't answer the messages, never answer the whatsapp (despite seeing the messages). People thrive for business but this company doesn't respect business nor the customers.

I have purchased a roof dome from this company. Service is very poor. They never turnup to the calls or sms and the water is always leaking from the dome when there is a heavy rain. Warranty is only for the sake of paper. I have called several times before but no help at all. Dome is still in bad condition.

Got roof work done. Work finished when there was no rain and I clearly informed that if rain water gets in they have to come and put some sealant which was agreed. Now rains have started and I called multiple times seeing downpour of water but no response. The owner of this firm just does the job but whether the job he has done is correct or not he is not bothered. Pathetic service!!! Reply to owner comment I was not told when I got this fixed that there is no space for sealant gun to go. In fact when initial discussion happened it was not clearly told water may come in.. it was all fixed in 2 days and immediately owner wanted payment to be done. Normally a person after finishing will ask you to chk and that did not happen the owner said I have to pay workers so settle the balance fast. Which I did. And after it started to rain water is coming in from multiple points not one point where sealant gun cannot reach. After I called multiple times and even whatsapp no response and after nearly a month of trying Mr sai comes and says gun cannot reach at this point get mason to do the job. This should have been informed to us at the time of first installation of roof. Also I have waited for a month for his response. Can the owner justify this ? What about water coming from other points ? Is the logic of my comment clear ?

Highly unresponsive, irresponsible and untrustworthy. Very unprofessional behaviour with no value for any commitment made to a customer. Won't recommend for any work at all.
