Really bad service we had bought multiple items like TV speaker as they promised 24hrs service but no one showed up for days even though it was informed it was urgent and necessary They should really not promise if they are not able to provide the same services
I purchased FAN from SRI Balaji ELECTRONICS installation was done by same guy who delivered product, but from second day issue has been started its completely making noise. no person to visit location and check if its fan issue or installation problem. No proper response/service. am not able to reply again for your message, So will you be able to send someone to check after lockdown????

I was looking for soundbar they said they will give and took full amount also they told u will get within 3-4 days but 1 week over they didn't deliver the product they made us to wait for a.. week worst service after taking amount they don't bother also don't purchase anything worst
