Always, I repeat Always you'll face problem during Billing. The Prices they've displayed will not be the same during Billing. I would advise you to visit DMart which is just 200mts from here. If you're shopping here, always crosscheck prices which u saw before and in the Bill.

Not billing an item is not the customer’s problem. Despite fully cooperating and showing patience during the checking process, I was publicly stopped on the road by a store employee, which was humiliating and unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, not harassment due to staff negligence. This behavior reflects extremely poor customer service. Employees need to learn basic manners and professionalism. Employees should learn some manners

Absolutely pathetic service. The items here are always discounted but it’s basic common sense that they are just increasing the rates and then just adding the discount boards to attract the customers. If they even put 5% of that marketing brain into investing better working staff, billing computers and WIFI, then the store would atleast get a 2 star rating. The billing is so freaking slow and often takes 20-30 minutes just to bill items around 4-5k. Imagine if the billing amount is over 10k, you’d be spending an hour here, rubbing your head, standing and staring at people while the pathetic show keeps going on. The staff at the billing counters are bad, just so bad that they can’t even help themselves from asking some assists from other staff members. It’s always two billing counters open but there are 12 freaking billing counters. God forbid, please shut this store and invest the money is cattle farming because that’s what is happening here.

products and pricing were satisfactory. However, I was disappointed with the billing process. Since it was Sunday, only two counters were open, which led to long waiting times. Additionally, there seemed to be some internal disagreement between the staff, and they were yelling at each other, which made the environment uncomfortable.
