I am very happy to be a part of this institution. All Staff and higher authorities are very supportive. The syllabus and curriculum is very well designed and helpful for the children studying here. The extra curricular events are helping the students to refresh their minds and work better on the academics. I can see all the students getting equal opportunities to participate in the events.
Here are the pros and cons: Pros: They have kept the pass percentage as 50 to encourage the student to study more which is understandable. They have kept some club activities which is a breath of fresh air. Cons: 1. During adoption call, the parents are not given the full picture by the teachers. 2. The students are constantly humiliated and bullied by certain teachers if they raise their voices against injustice. 3. Since the school has a lot of curriculum to go through, the students are pressurized a lot! 4. No proper time table for the students, everything is according to their whims 5. The dean is another unprofessional, so many complaints made regarding bus aid and yet no changes 6. Washrooms are so unclean, students and as well as staff are getting UTIs 7. The principal, the dean and some teachers will pressurize the parents to admit their children to either olympiad or 10th. Calls are incessant. 8. Most of the students don't even understand the JEE portions properly and so many discrepancies in result. The child will write something and the marks are a different story entirely. 9. The students hardly get any physical activities. Have not heard good things about the karate teacher as well 10. Lots of nitpicking done. 11. The amount of hw my child had to go through was insane. 12. Every year lots and lots of teacher leave, making the students very difficult to adjust with the new faculty. 13. The worst is in fact, when the child scores 9/10 in JEE exams, he or she is named and shamed in the likes of "you couldn't even score 10/10 also? How shameless can you be?" How a 12 year old child is supposed to deal with such remarks?! The fear they instill beacuse of scoring 9/10 and the pressure they feel that they have to score 10/10 otherwise they will be humiliated is insane! Is this how a school runs? Is this how you motivate the children? I am aghast! They only care about the results and when the time comes for fee, the incessant calls will ruin your day. Conclusion: Think 100 times before sending your child here, they learn nothing of value, the physical activities are almost nil and are mostly taken up by teachers, the bus fee for nearby places is exorbitant, the segregation on the basis of marks (all the topper students in one class and the below average in another, aren't we supposed to learn from everyone and it should be a healthy mix) is very sad. Also they provide teachers according to the section you are in, if you are in Olympiad, they will give u the most experienced teachers, if you are in A, u will get less experienced, and if you're in B, god knows! Isn't education equal for all? It's a state of dismay. Hope it changes and the humiliation rituals the children have to go through stops.
It’s heartwarming to witness the holistic development of the students, nurtured by a well-rounded curriculum and extracurricular activities. Being part of a community that values education and personal growth makes this school not just a workplace but a family. I am proud to contribute to the success and development of our Narayana school especially BGT. No wonder that it is one of the top schools in INDIA.
Narayana School is maintained very good curriculum, I had great experience with Narayana School, especially bannerghatta branch is special one. There teachers are very supportive. Narayana e-Techno School BGT-BLR is our son's first school and as parents, we are extremely satisfied and happy for his schooling. He is studying in nursery (2024-25) and he had never been into any pre-schools/play schools before starting his nursery. He is very fond of his school and admires his teachers. Teachers in this school help children in their overall development (mental, physical & social) . They put in their 100% efforts in bringing the best out of every child. We are given a parent manual & micro-schedule which covers entire year's day-to-day's curricular & extra-curricular activities that happen in school which help parents to be aware of their ward's learnings. Every two weeks there is an adoption call to let parents know about their ward's performance and to share any concerns if we have. PTMs are regularly conducted and we are made aware of our child's progress. Every festival is being celebrated in school which helps children to understand the cultural values. Every day , we are updated in the school app about what is been taught in school and how our ward is performed. Our special thanks to my son's class teacher Bhawna ma'am, e-Kidz vice principal Sridevi ma'am, teachers of ekidz : Krishnaveni ma'am, Ruma ma'am, Monikutty ma'am, Swarna ma'am, Rajesh Sir, Naveen Sir, former vice principal Anjali ma'am, helpers Chaitra, for giving one-on-one attention to every children. Teachers are friendly, very much available to share concerns and every concern is addressed by the teachers. Admission process is hassle-free. Fees are paid in installments. Buses operate in a safe and timely manner. Parents are given tracking details and buses operate accordingly. I recommend this school with 5-stars having no second thought about admitting any child whose parents want their wards to academically strong and have a holistic development. This is the best school in South Bangalore.
