I’m writing this review because I had a very disappointing experience. I went to buy some project devices, but one of the required products was not given to me. When I went back to enquire about it, they denied it outright. Since that was the only place I could find the product, I had no choice but to purchase it again. Unfortunately, they gave me a completely different product. As I was not very familiar with the item, I assumed it was correct. When I returned to inform them about the mistake, they were extremely rude and claimed they had already given me the last piece of the required product. The customer service here is honestly terrible.
