They are good and Genuine, my experience was good so far, I bought Laptop from them and it's working good till date. Best part is he spent good 2 hours time to explain about all available Laptops and which one will suit to my requirement.

Warning: Avoid buying from Prince IT World I had a very bad experience with Prince IT World. Please don’t buy refurbished laptops from them. They use poor-quality parts, and that’s probably why Amazon has blacklisted them. I personally visited their shop and saw that they use low-grade, unauthorized parts. I bought a laptop from them in October 2024 with a six-month warranty. But by February 2025, the screen started flickering on its own. I tried contacting them through email and phone, but no one responded. They also send some free gifts like a bag, but even those are used or refurbished. This is a cheap and dishonest store. Please stay away from it.

Save yourself the headache, money, and time. They’re not worth the risk.
