One of the best places to buy genuine Kotakkal ayurvedic products. The person present in the shop is a gentle lady and very knowledgeable. Even if any of the products are not available, she will ensure that she gets it for us at quick Turn Around Times.

There is no communication with the customer at all, even if you order anything from there, the shop keeps closed and they don’t even inform the customer even after the Porter is ordered and waiting in front of the shop, very poor management and the lady who is on the phone is so rigid and Heartless that she speaks carelessly to customers and doesn’t have a proper common sense to inform the customers that shops timings even after priorly informed that delivery person is coming to pick up the order.

'Worst timing'....Shop opens after 10am...so don't waste going there before 10...or if they are not attending the call it means the shop is not opened yet...

Ideal place to buy all Kottakkal Ayurveda Products. They have a stock of the entire range. Short walk from the metro station. Easy to locate, easily visible on the main road. Qualified and experienced Ayurvedic doctor available for consultations too.

The pharmacy lady is very rude towards doctors as well, she said she wouldn't give medicine and took the medicines away. She also mentioned that she has more than 15 years' experience than the doctors. This is not first time. Had Very bad experience with her. We are regular customers,being doctors, she might take away all customers.
