My experience at Credent Diagnostics was absolutely awful, and the reception staff are the main reason. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with indifference and outright rudeness. No greeting, no basic courtesy—just annoyed looks and a “you’re bothering me” attitude. The front desk staff were completely unprofessional: dismissive, impatient, and incapable of answering simple questions without sounding irritated. It felt like customer service was an inconvenience rather than their actual job. I was left waiting without explanation, spoken to condescendingly, and given zero clarity about procedures or timelines. A diagnostic center should at least manage the basics—organization, communication, and respect. Unfortunately, Credent Diagnostics fails miserably on all three, starting with the reception. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time or expects basic human decency. Plenty of other diagnostic centers manage to be efficient and polite—this one clearly doesn’t.

Very convenient diagnostic Lab in Vidyaranyapura. Quick response at the reception for booking and payments. I had my scan done in less than half an hour and immediately they have given reports. I m happy witheir Service

I got my CT scan and Doppler test done. The service was pretty quick with no appointment in advance. I got my reports in 12 hours. The staff were helpful and quick in serving multiple patients at a time. The place has an elevator. Would definitely recommend this place for quick scans and tests.

I had my scan done here. The service was very slow. Despite operating on a "first come, first served" basis, patients are prioritized unfairly. Even those who arrive late are sent for scans before those who have waited much longer. No appointments are required in advance. I received my reports in 5 minutes after the scan was completed, but the wait time is too long! The staff was helpful. The building has two elevators: one in the basement (to the right) and another on the first floor. Bookings and payments are handled quickly at the reception.

She was diagnosed with fluid around the heart, and it was a very frightening time for our family. Dr. Prabhu handled the situation with great professionalism and calmness. He explained the condition clearly, guided us step by step through the treatment, and reassured us throughout the process. His confidence and expertise gave us a lot of strength during that difficult period. Thanks to his timely and accurate treatment, my mother has now completely recovered and has no issues at all. We are truly grateful for his dedication, patience, and compassionate approach. We highly recommend Dr. Prabhu to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring heart specialist.
