I visited the Lumine Bio Medical, a branch of the Dr Lalpathlabs at Chandrapura, Bangalore on 21st December 21 - for a blood test. The experience has been very satisfying. The premise is very clean , hygienic and well ventilated with adequate and comfortable arrangements for the patients. The sample was collected promptly - early morning- all covid related precautions and the medical safety guidelines were followed scrupulously. The staff in the office were exceedingly helpful with the procedures and gave satisfactory answers to all my queries. They also gave me printed materials indicating details of test packages and costs thereof. The report was uploaded on time and I must mention specifically Ms Sujata at the desk who uploaded the report in multiple ways ( email, WhatsApp, SMS etc) and also rang me up alerting that the report has been uploaded. That was a unique and very satisfying experience. I visit Dr Lalpathlab, CR Park Branch, New Delhi for years, for periodical testing . As a senior citizen and an army veteran, I felt that this Chandapura collection centre, of Dr Lalpathlab is organised on very professional lines, providing very satisfactory services . I hope that this high standards of services would be maintained.

Wonderful service. Just need to call them and they will come to ur home to collect sample, technician was very experienced and he followed all Covid related Safty norms. Good service I got on time report over Dr Lal lab mobile app. :)
