Incredibly rude lab technician. Behaves like he is doing a favour. Lack of COVID related protols. Machine not adequately sanitized after each use.
Digital tooth X-ray done here. Economical professional and fast. They do 4 types of X-ray for 300 each OPG, CEPH, TMJoint and sonic view.
Quick X-ray with good 👌 clarity of scan ... reasonable price
Place is good and clean, the lab tech is rude. She does Not have customer service orientation. Not fit to be in the service industry. I felt she was trying to do us a favour. She was more interested in the movie she was watching on her mobile.
1) The Place is well maintained (Clean), and very accessible. 2) Very quick service - They give you x- ray immediately and additonaly on request also send soft copy to the recommended dental doctor as well. 3) Key improvement area - lab technician is not trained in customer service aspects and this needs to improve greatly.
