Best staffs I have ever interacted with after many years ... really loved them tho store is small but staffs interaction doesn't make you feel empty

Had a wonderful experience at Lenskart Jalahalli! The ambience of the store is really nice and welcoming. The staff are extremely loyal, polite, and professional — they truly prioritize customer satisfaction. They helped me get my sunglasses repaired and even replaced the frame with a new one free of cost. Such exceptional service is hard to find these days. Kudos to the team Jalahalli

My daughter went there in lenkart jala halli branch, for her spectacles cushion tightening. The staff is very helpful and attended her very well. Specially Mr. Vishnu who give extraa efforts in resolving the issue in her spectacles, which could not be resolved without a specialized machine.
