I visited for thyroid and PCOD-related tests, and the doctors and staff were excellent at their jobs. In particular, Nischita Shetty was quick and efficient in collecting samples.

It was really very bad experience, we have took appointment well in advance but when we visit the clinic they were different scenario saying you have took appointment with first shift person , now I'm in second I don't have any information.. It's really shocking how these people work without even communicating to each other and why they are wasting our valuable time. Dear respected doctor please take this matters seriously we don't want other people to face similar kind of issue

The doctor is good, but the rep is very rude, she is harsh to patients who call n ask about any queries. Needs to be improved rest is very good

I am consulting Dr Susheelamma since 18 years very polite and good doctor. But one suggestion the receptionist is too arrogant and does not provide any details on phone. This has to improve as it saves lot of time for patients. Though you take an appointment you need to go there and write your name and FCFS basis.
