Had been to my uncles Doppler scan there. Good Reports 👍 & explanations. Worst Toilets and stinking walls.

I recently visited Lotus Scans and Diagnostics for some diagnostic tests and was extremely impressed with their service. The staff was courteous, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The center was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology. My reports were delivered on time and explained clearly. I highly recommend this diagnostic center for anyone looking for accurate and hassle-free medical testing.

Very bad experience. Staffs were very rude especially receptionist very rude. Actually my doctor has given for tvs scan as I was suffering from right side pain in my stomach but they done tas scan. I asked them twice about it but they said not to worry about it everything this same. again when I visited my doctor they asked us to do repeat scan of tvs . Waste of money

Very Poor Service – Highly Disappointed Today we had a very bad experience at Lotus Scans and Diagnostics, Nelamangala. I took my 1.5-year-old baby for blood tests and an X-ray. We waited for nearly two hours before completing the X-ray. There was no technician available at the time. The receptionist and the blood collection staff handled the X-ray image and asked us to come back in the afternoon, saying they would show it to the technician and prepare the report. Considering our situation with a small baby, we agreed. When we returned to collect the report, the receptionist told us that the X-ray image had already been given to us. We tried explaining that we had not received it, but she kept insisting and even asked us to check with my wife. I called my wife and confirmed again that we had not taken any image. Only after repeated discussion did they go back to the X-ray room and search through the files. Finally, they found the image there. Shockingly, it had not even been shown to the actual technician for review. This kind of irresponsible and untrained behavior is unacceptable, especially when it involves small children and medical reports. I strongly suggest people avoid Lotus Scans and Diagnostics in Nelamangala. Please don’t take risks with your health and important medical documents. Very disappointing experience.
