Worst experience ever in a medicine shop. This branch is located adjacent to Ramanashree california in doddaballapur main road. We waited for 30 mins. But the people who came next to us were served. The old guy who is there is absolutely impudent and disgusting. It is recommended to everyone, never ever ever visit this shop of MedPlus. There are other many many branches near by where you can visit.

Worst service I suggest not to visit this particular store, they don't even listen to what customer is asking. Worst attitude and response from both the attenders.

Worst experience ever . They make you wait for 10-15 mins because they have one computer and after that they make a bill and let you pay after that I received a wrong medicine. After paying they give you wrong medicine and doesn't exchange. Worst and slowest service ever . I will never visit again

Worst most unhelpful medical store ever. It exists to help people in pain. Their employee BHANU MURTHY AR is the most unhelpful, rude fellow! Just denies my medication every time! He does not even check to see if it is available just says no without looking up from the computer! I asked for Dolo 650 today (the most basic of any medication) and he said no. He said no to Digene last time, Dolo this time and maybe My Life next time. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MAN. Please employ someone who would actually CARE to help someone in need.
