Good service, Medicines were available. Staff are courteous and provide good info

Med Plus Laggere Pincode-560058 Buying here from past 4 years and never faced any issues. This new store assistant we interacted with is very rude and not helpful at all. 1. We wanted to place order for Lactare Granules, store assistant told stock is not available and asked us to order in phone. He told the same to others as well. If we were to order through mobile then what is the need to visit a store. 2. We wanted to place order for an amount more than 1000 so as to avail 20% offer. But the store assistant told that he will bill separately for the items not in stock. Earlier (in our previous purchases) the store assistant himself used to guide, help and suggest us to consolidate the bill so that the order amount is 1000. 3. I called the customer care number and complained, the customer care person even spoke to store assistant, but he is all telling false to customer care person that we want the order now itself which we did not. We know that the bill will be consolidated and payment done at once, but the out of stock items to be collected later. 4. The store assistant told to customer care person that the stock is very less (around 20 items) and we may shout at him if the order is not delivered because of less stock and hence asked us to do so. He is not even aware how the inventory management works. Once the order is booked the inventory will be reduced to that extent.

From past 6years I'm purchasing from this store,which has good staff who give proper details about medicines,fast delivery,good knowledge about medicines,if any medicines are not available they help to get it by morning or else they suggest which other MedPlus store has stock availability.
