I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and anger regarding the incredibly rude,attitude and unprofessional behavior I encountered during my recent visit, This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially in a service industry dealing with sensitive things like eyesight and medical needs. I was made to feel foolish, unwelcome, and frankly, completely unvalued as a potential customer.
