Absolutely extorting customers. Billing for things that aren't being sent and asking for advance payment. After you realise things are missing, the store guy refuses to accept that. I'm filing an FIR for continuous theft. Taking advantage of people. Also selling Schedule H drugs without prescription.

I'm a regular customer of this shop, though today I was surprised to see some newbies to whom giving preference to customer is not on list because of 2 instances. 1. I asked to show nebuliser from the box, he said there are other customers he wants to serve them and he doesn't have time. 2. I asked for a regular discount, he said he has applied discount. Believing him I made the payment, when I checked it was at MRP. He agreed to give discount but refused to refund in cash and said I will have to buy something else. I mean come on, you charged higher price and now asking me to buy something else for that discount. What's the meaning of discount then? Ultimately he rushed me off from his shop stating we will adjust in next billing- one advise from me- please learn to behave with customer. Keep that discount with you and I will never come to your shop again. I would rather prefer online apps like Apollo going forward, atleast I will get some preference and transparency and one day delivery.

Very good staff, all the medicines are available, best part is home delivery also available, timely openings. Overall very good experience, you don't need to go anywhere.☺️

Good stock of medicine, cosmetics and beauty products. Staffs are also supportive. In last three years I never faced a situation when any specific medicine was not available. They maintain a good stock of medicines. Only thing needs to improve is you need to ask for discounts. By default they don’t offer it 😊.
