If you want to have worst patient experience you must visit this Doctor. Keep aside staff, even doctor does not have courtesy to talk to patient with respect and dignity and shows arrogance all the way. He is totally commercially-oriented and insists that you should buy specs (of course unbranded and high margin stuff) from him. He feels all patients are at his mercy and he can dictate terms at his own whims and fancies without being fair in treating people. Would not recommend this doctor and you should avoid at all cost. P.S. - replying to below reply provided by clinic: Response provided by clinic cannot be farther than reality. First day I reached clinic at 8:10pm as I was only supposed to collect power numbers and examination part was dine 2 days back + entire amount paid. When doctor advised to come next day before 8 pm, I humbly accepted and reached clinic next day at ~7:30pm and reported to attending staff who unformed that it will take only 15-20 minutes more… I waited for 1 hour and in between doctor also attended patients who came after me. When my turn came at 8:25pm, he simply refused to attend and allowed other 2 patients who came after me without any proper justification. Further, he raised his voice and exhibited arrogance not suited for his profession and age which was shocking. There is surely something wrong here.. check other reviews and you will see a pattern. With this I rest my case and leave verdict to patients to evaluate and post their experiences here. Hope this helps to get the right perspective.

The doctor clearly plays favourites and prioritises certain patients. I’ve been sent away twice after being told they weren’t available. If you send your parents alone, they’ll be pressured to buy glasses from their clinic. On top of that, the doctor speaks rudely and shows no respect toward elderly patients. Extremely unprofessional experience.

NEVER GO HERE AT ALL had very bad experience when many patients and senior citizens were waiting doctor was in some Conference call from last 1 hour and didn’t bother to check any patients. Do not visit this clinic at all. Not at all up to standards and patients time is totally wasted.

I am writing to report a serious issue concerning the behavior of a doctor during my father's eye checkup yesterday. The issue centered on a severe communication breakdown and the doctor's subsequent aggressive reaction. I informed the doctor at the outset that my father does not understand English or Kannada. During the examination, the doctor repeatedly gave instructions in those languages with a rude and aggressive tone. When I stepped in to translate, the doctor shouted at me, claiming my father wasn't responding. Upon my request for him to calm down, he became more agitated and dismissively told us to "go elsewhere". This level of arrogance and unprofessionalism from a medical professional is unacceptable and made the experience highly distressing.
