Even in the crisis situation people won't response properly and for everything they will reply like *only they have there own principles* blah blah. More over more than a medical emergency, festival is important for them. 2 days close for Deepavali festival. Not any other sectors have 2days off, medical services sector have 2days festival off . I don't know they don't have courtesy or they don't know the value of life. Thankyou

It's one of the worst diagnostic centre in Basavanagudi as I also got the fake report of my blood test as I got the positive report as I tested in the other diagnostic centre and I think the guy who has prepared this is a seventh standard passed guy or even less and another pathetic thing is even I got the blood pressure report negative and the pathologist is also mad I think and my suggestion to these two guys to take training from the first in a good private hospital and the owner to maintain the diagnostic centre neatly as it is not hygeinic and my kind suggestion is please don't go to this third class diagnostic centre and waste your money and precious time in the future.

Their conduct was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I never insisted that they speak in Hindi, but I did expect a basic level of courtesy in Kannada, especially when dealing with patients. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking. We were referred to your clinic by a highly respected doctor, which made the experience even more disheartening. Being laughed at for not speaking Kannada and spoken to in a harsh, dismissive manner is not only disrespectful—it’s unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where empathy and professionalism are critical. Frankly, this kind of behavior can worsen a patient’s mental and emotional state. If front desk staff are unable to communicate with compassion and patience, it raises serious concerns about the values and hiring practices of the organization. I strongly urge management to address this matter. Training in basic manners, language sensitivity, and patient interaction is essential for anyone working in healthcare. Located at Hanumanthanagar 50 feet main road is one of the best diagnostic in and around surrounding areas. They are being business for 25 years now and have loads of experience in the field. The staff well trained and courteous towards the people coming in. Almost most of test are done please check on the photos which share the details on the same. The best part is they come home to take sample to serve you better in This COVID times.Overall very good experience in sense of treatment and service
