This is well known pharma to me good keep it up tabrez uncle

I came to his shop to take medicine, I can see that the medicine is not being given to me, Simple Medicine Pan d, he is saying no, if you say it well, I have never seen such dirty behavior in my life, maybe it is the owner, not the employee.

Guys kindly don't purchase here they wrongly bill the priscription and charge extra . When I confronted why the bill is more that the MRP mentioned the shop keeper quietly refunded the remaining amount and blamed the calculation.

I had a terrible experience at this medical shop. I simply asked for a medicine, and the person behind the counter acted irritated and angry for no reason at all. I was polite, yet I was treated like a burden. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a place where people come for help and health needs. There was zero professionalism, no patience, and absolutely no respect for customers. I will never visit this store again and I strongly do not recommend it to anyone. Learn how to treat people properly!

Think twice before you buy the medicine from this pharmacy. They gave me an alternate medicine than the one written in the prescription. When I asked about this, they told it's same. I told that I dowant alternate one and asked to give the one written in the prescription. Shop fellow dint agree and told me to check with the doctor who has prescribed the medicine though they know that the doctor is not available at that time. Also they refused to refund me the money when I asked them to take back the medicine they had given (no tablet was used from the strip). Such an arrogant behaviour. Check the medicine with the prescription, amount billed (demand for the bill) and dosage before you leave the place. Or else you'll have to suffer like me.
