I had a great experience at Toni & Guy. The stylist, Ashu, was fantastic and very helpful. He took the time to explain which haircut and beard style would best suit me, and the result was perfect. I highly recommend him!

Short Review (5 stars): 5 stars for Sahil – an absolute expert! He’s patient, polite, and really knows his craft. Highly recommended! 📝 Long Review- (for anyone interested in the full drama — from hair color heartbreak to happy ending) Me and my sister visited Toni & Guy last weekend. I got a botoliss treatment and hair color done, while my sister opted for highlights. Sahil was the hairdresser, and he did a fantastic job—especially with my sister’s highlights, which looked amazing. My botoliss treatment was also done very well. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hair color didn’t fully cover my grays, which started showing within a week, even after paying a decent price for a global color. I wasn’t sure how the salon would respond, but I reached out to them via WhatsApp. Though it took some time to hear back, they eventually responded and asked me to revisit. Today, I went back and Sahil was there again. He was quick to understand the issue and redid my hair color without any fuss. He made sure I was completely happy with the final result. His professionalism, patience, and skill truly stood out. Honestly, Sahil deserves a special mention for his excellent service. As for the salon itself, it is a bit on the expensive side, but considering the brand and the quality of service (especially from people like Sahil), it feels worth it. P.S. Just a small suggestion – a couple of staff members were gossiping a bit openly. While it's understandable (we all do it!), it might be better if it’s kept more discreet so it doesn't affect the customer experience. Overall, I’m happy with the service, especially thanks to Sahil. Would definitely recommend!

My Hair stylist @Aftab took the time to understand what I wanted, and the end result was even better than I imagined. The place was clean, cozy, and had a really relaxing vibe. I had a very pleasant experience at Toni & Guy, thanks to Tejas. I went in for a haircut, hair spa, and styling, and the level of precision and attention to detail he demonstrated was outstanding. Tejas takes the time to understand exactly what is expected and approaches his work with real expertise and professionalism. He is very meticulous throughout the process, and clearly puts in a lot of time and effort into getting the result just right. If you’re visiting Toni & Guy, I’d highly recommend asking for Tejas - truly a top-notch professional. Also, the salon itself is state of the art, and delivers excellent service all around.
