Pros: Friendly staff. Quick enough responses to any issues I faced. Like clean ups, fixtures, room locks, etc. The TV got exchanged to a working one upon my request within the same day. Includes 3 meals a day, everyday. (Vegetarian on weekdays, and a meat option on Sundays) Food does taste really good. And they do make extra things on request. (Like asking them to cook a packet of Maggi or something else). There is unlimited WiFi that is also included. It's reasonably fast enough to stream 4K content. But online gaming does encounter a few issues with higher ping, tho it does remain mostly playable. There is a common washing machine on the rooftop. There is an elevator, but it does not go to the floor with the roof top, only one floor below. It also does not stop at the 1st floor. But it does work well enough most of the time. There is a drinking water dispenser. There is solar water heater that is accessible 24 hours, but it does require a certain amount of time to heat up. They don't care if you hang stuff up on the walls and are generally okay with some extra shelving or wall art. There are cleaning staff who come to sweep and wipe the floor every 2 days and the room's toilet is cleaned out at least once a week. Cons: There was little natural light in my room, which wasn't street facing. The building is on a corner, so there are more options for street facing views that I would rather recommend. You are required to bring your own bedsheets and pillows, tho I suspect that this has to do with hygiene maintainance. There are no chairs included. However, the mattress and bed are included with the rooms, along with a 3 shelf table and a Wardrobe. There is no power backup. There have been a few instances of power outage, but the power was restored within an hour each time. I think it has more to do with the local area's power grid, rather than the building's facilities, tho. Conclusion: Overall a nice place to stay that's fairly close to most of Koramangala by foot and the rest of bangalore by local bus stops with direct buses to Jaya Nagar, Indira Nagar, Shanthi Nagar, Majestic, Marathahalli all from nearby bustops. Three meals a day, WiFi, Washing Machine, all included with the room makes it worth it to stay here.

I had a terrible experience at Happen Inn PG for gents. 1.Water quality for bathing is poor. 2.Bathrooms are rarely cleaned and are unhygienic. 3.The dining hall constantly smells of garbage. 4.Unhealthy food is served, sometimes with insects in it. 5.The chef prepares food without proper hygiene. 6.Rooms are very small and there is no power backup. 7.Street dogs are allowed inside the PG, raising safety concerns. 8.There is a strong urine smell on the terrace. 9.The washing machine is broken and not fixed. 10.People spit saliva inside the lift, making it unhygienic. Complaints to the warden or in-charge are ignored, as they seem only money-minded.

I have been staying in this PG for more than 6 months now. The (owner) uncle takes good care of the people here. The food is better than the PG's around here. There is freedom here but not much space to enjoy that. Rooms and bathroom are small but maintained. Bathroom is attached. This is a good option if your job/ college is near Sony signal.

Worst PG Ever – Big Fraud, Don’t Stay Here! I wasted 1.5 years in this PG and it was the biggest mistake of my life. From day one, there were endless problems – Wi-Fi never works, washing machine always broken, food is below average and not worth the money. If you complain, the owner doesn’t care. He only knows how to take rent on time, nothing else. Totally irresponsible. The biggest scam is the deposit money. Even after giving one month’s notice, the owner lied to me saying I didn’t inform and refused to return my deposit. This is pure cheating. ⚠️ Please don’t get trapped here. They take high rent, give zero facilities, and finally eat your deposit. Stay away from this PG if you don’t want to regret later.
