Everything is fine. Room cleanliness 👌🏻, AC 👌🏻, behavior with customer 👌🏻, its near by bus stop and metro station. While booking a room please carry ID proof. I felt okay while booking a room. But one thing that made me feel bad is the room cost. It's very expensive for travellers or for a one night stay. If it was atleast 1000rs it was fine. It's 1600rs for just one day, we didn't even stayed 24 hours. I request, Please reduce little bit so that it'll be comfortable for all those travellers.

Today i booked a room here and stayed here. It was really very good and great experience for us the staff was really nice and very friendly everything was working fine like hot water AC And TV And Complimentary Snacks And Water was provided for us it was really good experience. Next time when i will come to Bangalore i will definitely love to stay here…. Thank You Golden Arch Hotel For Wonderful Hospitality….

Feel very bad for checkout time they hv rule that if some one is coming then come before 11.am for 24hrs other wise beyond that time hv to pay saaame cost if living eveeen less then 24hours...

Shocking Surprise !. Tried to book 8 nights from Australia and they advised me that only Indians can book !! Thought they would welcome overseas tourists. Anyone has experience this in any other hotels in India? Thanks Ok Thanks for the owner's explanation. I understand it but please advise or train your staff to explain this to overseas customers upfront when they try to book. Regards
