I am posting another review from another account. Two bad quality mattress were given and replacement was denied. Also, they denied refund. Since I have posted a bad Google review .. they will not give replacement mattress also. In short - quality is not good .. so please dont waste your money and time here. By "they" I mean 2 people - Syed and Irfan.

Do not buy mattress from here. I was charged 10,500/- for queen size mattress which was deformed in 2 days. Replacement mattress was given after a week.. which again got deformed in 4 days. Irfan came to house and reversed the mattress and asked us to sleep on the hard side.. and again it was deformed in 4 days. Shopkeeper has put us in a pathetic situation. He tells he will make new mattress in 2-3 days but takes his own sweet time. For delays he gives excuses of being out of station, Friday prayers, relative's death etc. One month has been wasted on this and I still continue to sleep on the deformed mattress. Don't waste your time here. Better buy from branded shops such as Wakefit who will give better mattress in half the price. Edit - Syed said that refund will not be given. After posting this bad review .. replacement was delayed. Initially I got excuses like someone is in hospital and that is causing delay or mattress is ready in the shop and it will come in 2 days. I kept reaching out again via whatsapp and phone. Irfan stopped replying. Syed called and told they will not give replacement mattress because I posted a bad review.
