Great location, to commute in and around the city. Away from cities hustle and bustle, but at the same time well connected. Welcoming place with friendly staff, available 24/7. Its a growing business run by young people, hence something new and improved to expect on every visit. Visited few times now and never disappointed with the service. Rooms are presentable and clean. We requested for extra mattress and towels, it was arranged in no time, excellent service. Good WiFi speed and no power cut. You can opt to dine in and choose from a good set menu. In pandemic, it is difficult to trust any hotels or restaurants. But Ira residency made sure rooms are cleaned thoroughly and sanitised.

Owner is too good and humble and treats his customers at a priority. I called him at 11.30pm(he generally goes home by 10pm) that there is some problem of water in wash basin, within 5 mins he showed up with a plumber and get it done by midnight. So to be precise, hotel is good, owner is great.

The hotel was unsafe! The door of the room was not proper the lock was kind of broken! The washroom window was open n anyone could see and enter through the washroom window! Unhygienic room at night could feel like someone was watching you! Flush was not proper ! No proper water supply! And many more experience just after a 4 day stay

Hello everyone I want to give a genuine review about this place. Really good hotel year. Budget friendly. Staffs are very very good, rooms are spacious bed is very big, for budget and comfortable stay this is very good comfortable, no one come and disturb, very peaceful, even manipal hospital doctors prefer this hotel, many companies, colleges, parents, couples. It's very much comfortable for each and everyone. If u are looking for pleasant stay choose ira residency. Thanks to all the staff. It's like home.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel today. I arrived around 5:30 AM and requested a room for just 2 hours. Initially, the receptionist quoted me around ₹2000 for a full-day stay. I explained that I only needed it for 2 hours and asked for a discounted rate. He then told me to UPI ₹400, which I did. After the payment, he suddenly demanded ₹1000 more, saying that’s the actual rate. Since this was not what was initially agreed upon, I refused and asked for a refund. The receptionist then said that refunds could only be processed after 8 AM. When I returned later, I was asked to speak to his senior, who said they needed to check the CCTV footage before approving the refund — an unnecessary and frustrating process. After multiple follow-ups, they refunded only ₹200, stating that ₹200 was deducted as a ‘service charge’ for a service I never used. Overall, it felt like a scam. Wasted my time, lost money, and experienced poor customer service. Not recommended. Be cautious if you plan to book here.
