Spent for almost 7 months. Secured PG, Hygienic food, recreation room, GYM. Everything is good. Even the PG owners are polite.

A bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth it (2-shared balcony room). Food is very good. Rooms are large and cleaned everyday.

New colive pg with world class amenities in the heart of spice garden layout. with gym and mini threater and common dinning area on the terrace. with attached bathroom and balconies with every room ,food included in the package starting from 9K for triple sharing with only a month rent as deposit. parking space available on basement and commercial space on ground floor.

This colive have best people handling. All the members are so cooperative. This place have cafeteria, gym, terrace garden, indoor games(TT, 🎱, Foosball, chess, carom). Food they're providing is good and kitchen staff are so nice people. They have huge parking space. And you can make your own food in self kitchen too.

I stayed here for 2 months and I can say it was a very peaceful and great experience right from my enquiry call. I interacted almost entirely with their staff named Mr. Sasidhar and he goes above and beyond for our service and is a very dedicated person. He was very helpful throughout my stay and is someone who actively tries to resolve any issues you have as soon as possible to ensure you have a smooth stay. Employees like him are truly the greatest asset for such establishments. The rooms are much much more spacious than the nearby PGs I've seen and are maintained very well in terms of cleanliness. Coming to the food, 90% of the food is restaurant quality and is very very delicious. I used to really enjoy dining here and they have lots of variety in their food. It also has a small gym and games area though I'd prefer going out for the gym as the weights available are very less and on the lower side. The location of the PG is also amazing and has many juice shops and small eateries all around. Bus transportation is also within 300m. All in all, I have had a very good stay here and would recommend this PG to anyone who is looking for the same in this area.
