Worst food and owner is not good . Don't even dare to join . Food will be completed in half an hour . Very conjusted rooms with that price , can find much better opportunities in the area . I stayed for a month there.

Nice PG in Spice garden area, food and cleaning is well, bike parking and rooms balconies are soo nice

The owner's behaviour is not good , while returning the advance he makes huge drama .... It's just the same as what all the other reviews say all those are really true .. totally money minded guy .. worst pg and service & maintenance too of the PG is also worst except room cleaning .... The food tastes ok but there's limited food , u should go early .. there are very big mice and cockroaches roaming around in the dining area. 🤮. ... A Total loss for me , At last i will say u will get better and good PG for the same price 🙂. I suggest never join this . The owner tries to scam n fraud you and he almost calculates all the possible ways to cut from advance by giving silly reasons 🙏 never ever dare to go

Worst experience. They don’t give deposit money Make huge drama while giving it. They claim to give food but don’t give as it gets over in 15 mins. No management worst place to live. Owner is not good. They use worst quality materials to make food which also gets over in 10 mins. Felt like i was in depression when i lived here. Better to choose a good pg instead of this one. Suggest no one to come here

They use bad quality palm oil to make food. Pathetic manager. He manages 3 pgs - Lotus, SVS which is opposite to Lotus and one more in the next street. The food gets over in 15min. They don't even cook for 50 people which is 1/3rd the pg strength. If you take a room in SVS, you should always go to the opposite building to get food even if it raining. The owner doesn't have minimum ethics. Such weird and kanjoos people they are. They won't allow you to turn on the lights in the basement even if it is completely dark. They won't repair things quickly. I lost my deposit and rent to suffering. Lost mental peace and health got spoiled with that food. They use cheap quality spices. If you question the manager for anything, he just speaks nonsense. He is a weirdo. Don't look for the money. Don't ever believe what all they promise you when you come to look for a room. If you want to save your health and peace of mind, try to pay 1 or 2k extra and look for a pg with good food and management.
