Horrible experience. Booked through OYO with 100% prepayment seeing the pictures posted by OYO. But when visited the property there was no power and the room was dark. The property owner demands extra amount over and above the total amount you would have paid through OYO. When the electricity returned shocked to see the bedsheets weren't changed after the previous guest left. Pillow covers were dirty. No geysor, No water bottle and no filter water too, no lift and no room service. You have to get immersion rod from the office counter yourself in the morning and arrange hot water. Bathroom was smelly. No soap, no towels, no tissue rolls... just an empty bathroom with bucket and tumbler. There are frequent power cuts in the area too. There are many other guesthouses and rooms in this area that offer much better quality of rooms and services at the same price as MBR charges

The rooms were the absolute worst and disgusting. The walls were damp and the bedsheets were dirty and were stinking with the smell of sweat and moist. Bathroom doors were broken, no shower, no hot water and toilet was dirty. Some taps were not working. They even charged more than what they asked me to pay initially.

The most disgusting room I have ever stayed. Cockroaches everywhere. There were no pillows instead there were only cushions. The bed sheets were very dirty. Bathroom was stinky as hell . Flush wasn’t working . Had to use that filthy bucket and mug.Tv will be there on the wall but you can’t use it , no ac. They made us pay extra during check in time. Please don’t ever book a room here, because of the lack of hygiene you will get sick for sure. At last while checking out they had the guts to ask for 5 star review which made us laugh.

I stayed there almost 6 months.. everything was fine. Last month they renovated some of the needful things like, bed, pillows, covers, bedsheets, buckets, taps etc . It was a good stay. Rooms are fine.
