First thing, I would definitely NOT recommend this PG! You may even consider this as rant because I reached a saturation state today but I will be stating facts! The owner does not know how to run his PG. Trust me, he doesn’t! He records calls without your consent. He is of no help! He says he will provide curtains, table, chair, bedsheets etc., but not on time, you need to keep begging for like months. The windows of the PG rooms are transparent and it is minimum necessity to keep the curtains before itself considering it is girls PG. If there are some problems in your room, like lets say rain water is leaking in your room or the greaser is not working, in some cases you end up fixing issues for yourself because he is least bothered in maintaining the PG. Next worst thing is, according to income tax rules, if you pay rent above a certain amount per annum, you should provide the onwner’s PAN card to avail tax exemption, which he doesn’t give you, and you end up paying extra tax. On top of that the locality is not at all safe. The families that stay adjacent to the PG are relatives of some MLA or some politician, and they literally own the whole neighbourhood. You cannot roam freely or safely. Anyways, because of budget issues and not finding a single sharing room nearby, I had to stay here for the last two years. I will highly NOT recommend this PG at all. If you still join, it will be literally be like purchasing problems by paying money! I cannot emphasise more! Thank you! Hope you find a good and safe PG!

Modern delux pg is very good and safe I have stayed for more than one year, rooms are good, food is good and oweners also friendly and maintaining pg very well. The review which was post by chadana is absolutely wrong.... , ignore her reviews. Modern delux pg is a best and safe place for girls to stay.

PG is really good and located in Koramangala nearby to all the super market and restaurants. Rooms are good and room cleaning will be done on alternate days. Food is also good. Safe for Girls. Recommend this PG to all the girls. I had a great time staying in the PG.

The management is good enough until or unless u stay there but when you want to come out they shows there real colours and won't give diposit back and the owner cannot handle and don't know how to handle people..as a girl I know what all girls expect in a pg for ex we need good hygiene and safety rooms and availability of all other necessities since we are paying there, the windows are broken and visible from out side, many times that so called wonderful water grecer always gets repair and we need to literally beg him for the repair, adjustment with roommates is always a problem and everywhere it is common and as a owner he needs to solve and make everyone comfortable and he can't even do that ... literally I stayed there for many mnths always felt adjustment there..i recommend a big no this PG. Food and cleanliness overall just an average compared to the money that we pay and with other hostels

I stayed here for more than 2 years had a wonderful stay at this PG! The environment is very homely, making it a comfortable place to live. The food is of excellent quality. The owner is very supportive and ensures that all residents feel welcomed and cared for. The PG is well-maintained, and the rooms are cozy, providing a great living experience. Additionally, its location is very convenient, with shops and essential services nearby. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe and pleasant!
