Decent pg with Decent food and price

Very worst pg, I've took 2 sharing and cost me 9k rent and 5k advance. At joining they told they'll return 3k of advance amount. I joined on 1st December 2023 nd due to some emergency i told pg owner that I'll leave by 2nd Jan but he didn't returned advance money. Whoever joined here he's not returning the amount. Room is also very small and no ventilation is there. Only breakfast and dinner is average. Lunch will be always worst. Be careful before joining this pg.

Stayed for a month on this PG for 2 sharing. They took 3k as security deposit and said they will return 1500 back when I vacate. But returned 1k. Food is good. They maintain the rooms well. There's 1 washing machine for the whole 5 floor building. So you will not get a chance to wash your clothes. If u want decent South Indian food, then you can stay

I had a very homely stay in this pg. The food was good, rooms clean & hygienic. Above all Lokesh & Mahesh (managers) were very co-operative. The reason I vacated was my office was shifted to a different location. I will really miss this PG.

I'm staying 3 share room Don't join in this pg 1. Food not good it will coming worm & stone 🪨 so, many times 2. Not maintained cleanings 3. Washing machine properly not working 4. In this pg so, many Bedbugs Are there 5. Drinking water not good
