Staff service was not upto the mark. There was always a mix up in the food orders we made. When asked for tea without sugar we were frequently served tea with sugar. Staff appeared confused most of the times. We had opted for complimentary breakfast which is usually a buffet. But during our stay there wasn't any buffet. We were asked to place our individual complimentary food order and the food was served to us in our rooms. Rooms were of decent size but not very hygienic. It is located in the Hebbal area although traffic is alot but there wasn't much disturbance in the room. It costed is around 2600 per day which was expensive for the kind of the hotel it is.

Very professional staff and rooms are very clean and neat .. whenever we visiting banglore we are staying at treebo suites only
