It's near to main road, good access to everything nearby. Rooms in first floor are better and ventilated. However, ground floor rooms are not ventilated. Even water leakage and fungal growth in some rooms in ground floor. He sometimes take different prices for same room. Food is not good, feels like they add soda in rice. They don't have a warden, which lead to poor maintanence and each time inmates has to call owner for simple issues like cleaning fridge and all that. When we call to say issues, he create confusions, I am not owner, ask to second person and all that. Second owner, who is a lady also respond the same way. So ultimately they play tricky and ur problem doesn't get solved. Maintanence and inmates welfare needs to be improved, since inmates are paying money. Everything else is fine, eg. Wifi, fridge and washing machine etc. Security bhaiya and cook and are helping and well behaved Thank you

Great stay, I have been here from Six months! One place with all the perfect facilities available! Secured and any small problem will be solved as soon as it is reported! Very care taking! Nice food! Reasonable price!! Also every thing is maintained clean! Highly recommended!! Warden and owner are always available to resolve any problems related to pg if necessary!

I would definitely recommend anyone looking for accommodation in the vicinity of Yelahanka. Has good transport conectivities. I stayed here for about 3 years. It has study hall in addition to the excellent ambiance and meals. The facility is well secured and hygiene is maintained.The staff( Cook, Security, Warden) including Owner are very humble and gentle. Will miss this place😊.

The owner is ill, he charge different for the same room. Though the vacancy is full he still wants you to come. Hell tell that someone will adjust to other room and whatsoever, but the one who is already in the room has to suffer when she is back from work, tired and sleepy. Food is ok. And so many time the food gets over and he tells us to adjust for one day. And this happened with me thrice. And he accuses us af if we are the problem if food gets over even if it is just 8.30 pm or 9pm. In the afternoon also same things happen. For the same amount there are many better to best PGs in the same locality. Please ask there once. Don't fall for his face and his words.

Had a very bad experience staying at this PG. I stayed for around 3–4 months and faced multiple issues. The rooms had no proper ventilation, food quality was poor, and hygiene was extremely bad. Rats were found in the kitchen, which was very dirty. The warden’s behavior was unacceptable andunprofessional. There was no privacy at all — they would use our personal washroom and didn’t even allow us to close the door properly. Even after informing in advance, they wouldn’t open the gate if we returned late due to an emergency. I was asked to shift to a worse room just because someone was visiting, which was unfair. Due to all this, I vacated the PG within a few days after that incident. In the same budget, I later found a very well-maintained and hygienic PG, so this experience was purely due to poor management here. I would not recommend this PG to anyone.
