It's a ladies only PG. A review from my female friend: Infrastructure and facilities are good, food can be better.

unprofessional behavior from the owner, very rude and disrespectful towards women in PG. My friend stays there and she used to go through this behavior before changing the PG. Would not recommend to anyone

Worst PG in Marathahalli .The owner ARJUN is money minded and his behaviour was very rude and worst towards women .No proper facilities in PG and all rooms are filled with bugs .

Worst pg in aswath nagar.My sister resides here. Rent is very high as compare to other pg All facilities what ever mentioned is fake ( no power back up , no 24 hrs hot water, extremely worst food quality ) Only 1 fridge available at down for all the five floors Maximum time washing machine won’t work. Girls if in case you are working from this pg is Waste for you as max time no power and no Power back up available. Also the caretaker / owner “Arjun Reddy” is very cheap mentality and without knocking the door he enters the girl’s room. Even he flirts and approaches so many girls and if anyone denies he ask to leave the pg.

Worst PG in marathahalli. The owner's(ARJUN) behaviour was very rude to the women. he was using bad words to the women. No proper facilities in the PG and no security. All rooms are filled with bugs and rats. The owner wants only money. No proper response to the tenants. Not recommended in emergency also
