Booked room using Oyo/agoda..for single person.. Paid amount of 350₹ as shown in online site and on visiting the site the hotel collected extra 250₹ saying that they don't have rooms at that rate and they are not aware why Oyo is showing that amount..
Horrible experience. First things first, room were dirty, beds were pathetic, bathrooms were dirtier than public toilets. Also the owner was very rude. I made the booking for 5 people (3 rooms) through oyo and the owner before checkin said he can only give 2 rooms and asked us to adjust. Demanded more money. After reading the reviews it seems this is the owners common style of extorting customers. Beware guys never ever
Very bad hospitality. Rooms, bedsheet, pillow covers was very dirty. No regular cleaning was done. My booking was done offline without Oyo, I asked the receptionist for a bill while check out and he don't even know how to print it. I called their owner and he said he will send me after 1 week, and till now I didn't received my bill. No response to my messages and call. Horrible hospitality and services. They can't be trusted even 1%.
