Worst branch, worst behavior, absent employees, don't visit this place at all. I would even rate negative if there was option
The One Star is only for the Branch manager Ms Anitha and for Ms Savitha. All the missing Stars are because of the Head Cashier who has zero humanity and work ethics. Took me more than an hour just to get my last 6 months bank statements. SBI is, has been and will always be an amazing bank in my opinion and I remain a loyal customer. But this branch needs better staffing. It is only the manager who does all the work here.
I recently shifted my account to this branch from lko but after visiting the branch I am regretting to the core. To update my details they took more than 2 weeks still many updations left. Only branch manager is working here. Rest I don't know what actually doing. No security guard, No space, No cleanliness

Worst banking experience that I have seen so far. Never recommend anyone to open any type of accounts here.
