Went to give my iPhone for repair. The guy at the counter was in deep spiritual connection with his lunch (at 4 PM, mind you). Between bites, he asked me to come back after 40 minutes. When I politely asked if it could be done sooner, he enlightened me by suggesting I go to the mobile repair shop two doors away. Absolute SBI-level customer service — efficiency meets arrogance. Truly a masterclass in how not to run a business.

Hi The shop is good for I phones & got mine repaired timely. Full Marks!! BUT if you’re planning for Android, Please Note: *You’re NOT getting it back soon along with frustrations of unanswered calls* - Gave on : Monday, - Tuesday: Diagnosis: CPU issues , Expected costs: Replied after 3-4 Calls. - Wednesday: Promises of repair, post 2 calls - Thursday: Technician not available, 5 calls Friday: No response - Saturday: Despite multiple calls & store being open - Ignore all calls - Sunday - Store closed And I am now waiting for next Monday! If you’re in Android Urgent Repairs, Please Avoid here.

My oneplus 9 pro phone have been fell in water and display got damaged. I have been to oneplus service store and many repair shops everyone told me that it would cost me around 15-20k,but here display has been repaired for 3k itself. Beautiful service. Thank you.
