I order food in zomato in 8.12 pm now time is 9:23 pm still i didn't receive the order. This hotel is only one and a half kilometers away from my house. From the time I ordered till now, the names of four delivery boys have changed on the Zomato app. Each of them goes to the hotel, arrives there, and after some time, the name of the delivery boy changes and the name of the next person comes. That means the food has not been delivered to them from the hotel. They wait for the delivery and cancel it.i want go to Office.If you do not have the food you ordered, please cancel the order. You should understand that other people's time is valuable too.

My visit to Gowdru Hotel was thoroughly unpleasant. The staff's conduct was utterly disrespectful, displaying nothing but rude behavior toward customers. I encountered such poor service. 😤😡😠👎The food was terrible; they use palm oil for cooking and frying. The place is unhygienic, and they scam customers on Zomato with deceptive offers and bad food.

I ordered in magicpin for 2 chicken biryani combo with kababa I have received only one quantity that to it's only biryani rice no chicken if I receive a complaint for refund they are denying that we have sent all items if I call them directly to talk not answering my call only very worst experience at 1st order only maintain some dignity worst hotel
