If you are looking for a tasty, unique and healthy Sattvic dishes in the city, this is the place you are looking for. A definite must visit for all the veggie lovers. Really good ambiance and extremely courteous staff make the experience even better. Food - 4.5/5 Ambiance 4.5/5 Service - 4.5/5 Value - 4/5 Higher Taste is one of the few Sattvic restaurant's in the city. Located on the Hare Krishna Hill, next to the well-known ISKCON temple, parking is not an issue at all. There is ample place around the restaurant or in the temple premises even on the weekends. This place is spread across 2 floors, mainly divided for buffet and a-la-carte. I have never tried the buffet here, however I have heard it is really good and totally worth the price. I have been here multiple times and have had most of the dishes on their menu. Each and every dish is totally up to the mark and tastes really good. They have a unique range of tasty Indian Bread, starters, rice and desserts.
Pastries, Eggless cakes, sweets, satvic pizza, burger, chats, parathas, bakery items are good. Satvic thalis, combo meals, bisibele bath are quite delicious. Medium prices. Juices are good as they are pure with out water or sugar Varieties of cookies are available in bakery section.
Food is good but don't recommend burger the patty is very vegan style like I like it how they use dals in patty but they don't use potato and cheese but other than this all Paratha and thali and pastries really good I just love the jain food they don't use garlic and ginger
This is one awesome place run by the ISKCON themselves. A very clean and hygienic place. All their snacks and bakery item are of high quality and delicious. Best part, none of them have onion. Not cheap, I would say, not expensive as well. No parking space (we are talking about Malleshwaram), so plan it well.
The Higher Taste is a good choice if you're looking for a peaceful, pure veg dining experience. While the place looks great and the food quality is decent, the pricing feels slightly on the higher side. Some dishes really delivered, but a few fell short on flavor. Worth a visit, but manage your expectations on taste
