Visited for an evening snack and was overall impressed with the experience. The ambiance here is excellent, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere to unwind. The service was top-notch, with polite and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I ordered the chicken shawarma and a lemon tea. The shawarma tasted good, but it was a bit too oily for my liking. However, the lemon tea was absolutely amazing, offering a refreshing and flavorful accompaniment to the meal. The menu boasts a wide variety of food and beverages, catering to diverse tastes and preferences, which is definitely a plus. I had chicken curry and parotta from here for dinner. It was just okay, nothing great. All I can say is that I’ve had better in every other Kerala restaurant. Parotta’s were cold, dry and chewy, didn’t taste fresh. Chicken curry was alright, not bad but insufferably mediocre, I would rate it the least when comparing with other Kerala restaurants in the area. Lot of Kerala cuisine staples are missing as well. I personally wouldn’t go back again.

The portions were generous, and the quality of the food was satisfying. The service was good, and the restaurant wasn't overly crowded. However, when ordering through delivery apps like Swiggy or Zomato, the packaging charges were quite high. The food itself was average, served quickly, but some service staff could be rude. Most of the other staff members were fine. The restaurant offered tasty Mandi and Biryani rice, as well as layered chapati and a wide selection of curries, with more options available for chicken and vegetarian dishes. It's worth noting that beef items were not available, which is typical of Kerala restaurants..

One of the best Kerala restaurant in madiwala.All of their items maintain minimum taste and quality.
