Pls concentrate on hygiene and cleanliness... Totally disappointed with the service

We had ordered 1 by 2 sweet corn veg soup, hot garlic chicken and veg fried rice. Soup was served in paper bowl with fork. How can one drink soup with fork? Soup was literally thick like corn flour slurry. Next is the hot garlic chicken which had only 6 small pieces for 245rs. Veg fried rice was less salty and no dips provided. We had to get ketchup twice separately. Though our bill amount was nearly 800rs but the food is not worth the price. No plates only box provided.

Visited the DLF branch and ordered Veg Momos. Initially, I noticed something that looked like a rat but wasn’t sure. A few minutes later, while waiting for our order, we clearly saw a rat entering the kitchen. When we raised the concern and requested cancellation due to hygiene issues, the staff showed zero accountability. Instead of apologising, she casually said that the rat “keeps roaming here and there” and claimed it was not inside the steamer-as if that makes it acceptable. What was even more shocking was that the staff initially refused to give us a refund. Only after a few other customers arrived did she finally process the refund. This isn’t even a one-time issue. On an earlier visit, we found hair in the food. This experience was extremely disturbing-pathetic hygiene standards, rude behaviour, poor management, and absolutely unsafe food handling. Would strongly advise people to avoid this place.

We had vegetable fried rice in chilli sauce. We had it there itself. It was good except the quantity was very less for the price. They charge for container whether you eat it there or take home. Lots of flies around.

I usually order Wow Momo online but today I went to the actual outlet and was really disappointed The place was unhygienic with zero maintenance and I was shocked to see how a big brand like this could be so careless The staff were not even wearing gloves and the seating area was dirty with flies all over Still I gathered some courage and tried a simple steamed momo but even that tasted bad Honestly it feels like it’s just a brand name with no quality or hygiene at all
